Floral design and trusting myself has given me the tools and blueprints I need to be successful in whatever I want to go after in life. I was able to apply everything I learned from my time in floral design to my coaching business and shave off years from the process of learning a new skill.
Beliefs are just thoughts we’ve thought over and over. They’ve become habits. What beliefs do you have about yourself that might not actually be true even if they FEEL true.
Instead of rebelling against reality, let’s get good at accepting it.
We have to be willing to go after what’s best for our well-being and also practice being ok in the moment’s we don’t get it.
I find the simple act of awareness and understanding the process of change is enough to remove some of the power fear of change has over us. So, by acknowledging that discomfort is the price of admission for growth, it no longer has such a strong hold on us and we are able to more freely go in the direction that is in the best interest of our highest selves.
